Lunge pulses and high knees (15 Right + 15 Left) + jumps one leg alternate (15 R+ 15 L) + balance one leg with two touches on floor alternate (10 R + 10 L) + 30 calf extensions + plane static position (30s R + 30s L) + 20 squat jumps OVH. 3 rounds. 1 minute rest in between.

Pyramid Workout

50 squats with cross elbow and opposite knee (25 Right + 25 Left) + 40 mountain climbers (20 R + 20 L) + 30 jumping jacks + 20 squat jumps + 10 one inchworm with two shoulder taps. 1 minute rest. Pyramid the other way (10 to 50 reps).

Back Strength And Core

20 superman circles first side + 20 high planks lift one arm alternate + 20 superman circles second side + 20 high planks jumping jacks + 20 superman dynamics + 20 high planks with alternate knee touches. 4 rounds. 1 minute rest in between.

Legs Killer Workout

80 squat jumps + 1min wall chair + 70 jumping lunges + 1min wall chair + 60 dead lifts one leg (30 Right + 30 Left) + 1min wall chair + 50 jumping jacks + 1min wall chair + 40 bulgarian lunges (20 R + 20 L) + 1min wall chair + 30 hip thrusts one leg (15 R + 15 L) + 1min wall chair + 20 mountain climbers + 1min banana plank + 10 mountain climbers + 1min banana plank.
